Jenni Richards joined Roanoke Ballet Theatre in 2020 as an apprentice. She was promoted to Company member for their 42nd season. She began her training at the Conservatory of Dance and Performing Arts in 2003. She then went on to dance for Sacramento Ballet School Youth Ensemble, Nashville Ballet as a Trainee, and Milwaukee Ballet 2. Richards also was a dancer in Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement's productions of Battle Cry and Made for Another World. She has also attended multiple summer intensives including Milwaukee Ballet, Nashville Ballet, Ballet Austin, Pittsburgh Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Long Beach Ballet. Jenni has performed multiple roles including Peasant Pas de Deux from Giselle, 1st Shade Variation from La Bayadere, Esmeralda's Friends from Esmeralda, Titania from A Midsummer Night's Dream, Ballerina Doll variation from Coppelia, Dulcinea in Don Quixote, Clara in The Nutcracker, as well as a featured performer in original works choreographed by Christopher Nachtrab, Rex Wheeler, Dylan Keane, and Mads Erikson.
