We are proud to award our scholarships to dedicated, talented, and enthusiastic students who may otherwise not be able to take dance classes without financial assistance. Providing partial tuition scholarships to students who exhibit financial need, technical and artistic potential, and a strong desire to dance is an integral part of Roanoke Ballet Theatre’s non-profit mission. We want to make training and performances of the highest artistic caliber available to young people of all ages, backgrounds, and means.

 

Scholarship applications are reviewed by Roanoke Ballet Theatre’s Board of Directors and Executive Director. Completed application forms are accepted on an ongoing basis. No full scholarships will be awarded; only partial tuition scholarships are available to students. Scholarships cannot be used towards registration fees, performance fees, CYB fees, or any other fees outside of general/monthly tuition and will need to be paid-in-full.  All applications and financial information are kept confidential.
